Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective,
- The item was damaged during shipping, or
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs for both the original delivery and the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
