Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $125. Shipping charges for orders under $125 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing time may be longer during the holiday season. Some items require a longer turnaround time as listed on the product page. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please allow for processing time plus shipping time. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping delays, as we have no control over the package once it is handed over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us first so we can confirm if it's feasible.
